Generations of families have experienced our program and that is one of the many things that makes us unique.  Our classrooms are fully equipped to promote and encourage children to learn through art, science, dramatic play and math. 

Kindergarten readiness is a term used to describe the things a child should know and be able to do before entering kindergarten. Research shows that children who have experience in quality preschool programs have better success in kindergarten and beyond.  Top of the Hill Preschool uses the Ohio Department of Education Standards to build lesson plans and classroom activities that promote Kindergarten Readiness.  These skills and abilities are related to different areas of child development including physical skills, social and emotional development, language skills, and general knowledge. 

 

Enrichment classes included in our program are: Music class with Yuri Shibata, our music teacher, Storytime with Wright Library librarian, Karen Mills, and bi-weekly Chapel with Pastor Stefan Rickman.
